Romans 12:9-13 (recap and finishing up this section)

Adam Chiappelone finished Romans 12:9-13 today.

Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in brotherly love; give preference to one another in honor; not lagging behind in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope, persevering in tribulation, devoted to prayer, contributing to the needs of the saints, practicing hospitality.

Thoughts from Romans 12:9…

  • Is there an extreme/moderate/low form of evil that I’m tolerating?
  • How can I replace it with what is good?

Romans 12:1

Adam Chiappelone entered Romans 12 today with a reminder of what biblical worship is. He posed a few questions for group discussion:

  1. Discuss something about God’s wisdom that is mind-boggling.
  2. Discuss how God is not like you.
  3. Why is God as creator, sustainer, and consummator, amazing?
